Had a weird dream last night where I was waiting at some place with my dad and brother. There were other people there who seemed to be waiting for something. Winks (family dog) ended up being brought there by someone. Turns out she just got back from some kind of surgery at the vet. She was a little out-of-it, but I ended up helping to lead her to my mom, who had apparently won a storage unit's contents at an auction. When she opened the door to the unit, it seemed mostly like junk, but I was like, "Oh, what's that at the back?" and made my way into the back of the unit. There wasn't anyhing there, which I was disappointed about (because I was trying to manifest an antique disc music box, which didn't work out.) I did notice, however, that there was a doorway that lead to some other room off to the side. I went in and found a little sitting area or something as well as a spiral staircase leading to a lower floor. Turns out, it lead to some kind of living space! A friend of mine came with me and we began looking around what seemed like a kinda artsy rich person's home. There were some puzzles that opened up new areas for us to look around. We eventually found a way outside and looked back at the building. It was some kind of white stone or plaster or somethihg. There were two decorative towers, one on the right having a metal sun on top, and the left having a moon. We realized we had explored all of the sun area of the building, but not the moon area yet, so we went back inside to keep looking. The dream ended not long after.
Also, I'm not sure if it was part of that dream or a different one I've forgotten, but I remember therre being some part where I looked down at my hands and noticed my nails were painted black. Odd, because I haven't painted my nails in YEARS. |
